Oversee day-to-day shop operations and coordinate personnel, materials, equipment, and workflow to support ongoing construction projects. Responsibilities may include assigning daily tasks, monitoring fabrication and shop work, managing inventory and materials, maintaining an organized and safe work environment, coordinating with project staff, and handling miscellaneous operational needs as they arise.

Perform general construction labor and site support, including material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and assisting skilled trades as directed.

Perform a variety of metal fabrication and shop-related duties in support of ongoing construction projects. Work may include measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding, assembling, modifying, and repairing various metal components, as well as general shop and material-handling tasks. Candidates should be comfortable working with different tools and equipment and assisting with miscellaneous fabrication work as project needs require.

Support daily construction operations by transporting workers, tools, and materials to job sites while also performing general labor duties as needed. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, maintaining company vehicles, assisting with site preparation and cleanup, and supporting field crews. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required.
