Our Story 

McNelly Enterprises began in 1988 as a small operation built on hands-on craftsmanship and reliability.

In 1990, the company formally incorporated and quickly grew to meet increasing demand across New York City. By 1994, operations expanded into a larger facility to support higher project volume and fabrication capacity.

Through continued growth, McNelly invested in its current headquarters at 137 Liberty Avenue in Brooklyn, further expanding its operational footprint and capabilities.

Today, McNelly Enterprises operates as a fully equipped, self-performing contractor specializing in structural steel fabrication, restoration, and compliance-driven construction projects across NYC and surrounding areas.
